- 12 green peppers
- 12 red peppers
- 6 onions
- 1/2 c. salt
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Wash and grind peppers and onion with a food grinder.

2Add 1/2 cup of salt and cover with boiling water.

3Let stand 5 minutes; drain and squeeze out all liquid.

4Cover again with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes; squeeze out all liquid.

5Heat vinegar, sugar and spices to rolling boil.

6Add vegetables to boiling mixture and cook for 20 minutes.

7Place hot mixture in jars and seal.
