Mango Rita (Non-Alcoholic)

  • 1 lime, for rimming
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt, colored, for rimming
  • 2 mangoes (1 peeled, seeded, diced, 1 peeled, seeded, sliced)
  • 1 cup ice, crushed
  • 1 cup margarita mix
  • 14 cup orange juice

Directions

    Rut the lime wedge around the rims of 2 margarita glasses, then dip the rims of the glasses in the salt.

    In a blender, combine the DICED mango, ice, margarita mix & OJ, then puree until smooth.

    Divide the mixture beetween the 2 rimmed glasses & serve garnished with a slice or two of mango.
