  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
  • 1-1/2 cup Pineapple, Diced
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro (fresh, Chopped)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Place mango, avocado, pineapple and red onion in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine lime juice and vinegar. Pour mixture over fruit. Add cilantro. Toss gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
