- 6 Tomatoes
- 3 Mangos
- 2 Red bell peppers
- 2 Yellow bell peppers
- 2 Red onions
- 1 as needed Cilantro
- 1 as needed Sea salt & peppercorn
Directions

1Wash and dice tomatoes, mangos, bell peppers, red onions and cilantro.

2Add diced tomato, bell pepper, red onion and cilantro into a mixing bowl.

3Do not add diced mango.

4Add lime juice, sea salt and peppercorn.

5Once salsa taste is to your liking, let the salsa sit for an hour.

6Drain the juice from the salsa.

7I like to keep it on the side for other uses.

8Last but not least, add diced mango into the salsa.
