- 2 medium ripe mangoes
- 1 small cucumber, peeled, seded, and diced
- 1 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 pinch salt
- 12-1 small poblano chile, minced finely
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
