  • 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Canned Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 4 Mangos, Peeled And Diced
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 bunches Cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Medium Avocado, Diced

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine the beans, mango, onion and cilantro.

    In another bowl, combine the remanning ingredients except for the avocado.

    Whisk to combine and pour over the mango mixture.

    If preparing ahead of time, chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and at this time add the diced avocado.
