  • 4 mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 8 12 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces water
  • 2 ounces honey
  • 3 12 ounces brown sugar
  • 1 34 ounces vinegar
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

    Simmer mangoes, orange juice and water until mangoes are soft, puree.

    Add remaining ingredients, cook a further 10 minutes, stirring all the time.
