Mango Simple Syrup

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1-1/2 cup Pureed Fresh Mango

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and let simmer for 1 minute until all the sugar is dissolved.

    Let cool and store in a clean, airtight container. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
