  • 1 mango, medium, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 -3 tablespoons lime juice
