- 3/4 cup Frozen mango, ataulfo type is my favorite here
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Frozen Applesauce (I put it in a ice cube tray for convenience -use 2
- 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients into your blender of choice and process until smooth. If too thick for your liking, add milk or ice cubes 1 T at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
