Mango Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1/2 Ripe Banana (big dark brown spot kind)
  • 3/4 cup Frozen mango, ataulfo type is my favorite here
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Applesauce (I put it in a ice cube tray for convenience -use 2
  • 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients into your blender of choice and process until smooth. If too thick for your liking, add milk or ice cubes 1 T at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
