Mango Weise Bars

  • 4 mangoes x Ripe
  • 7/8 cup coconut cream
  • 1 3/8 cups macadamia nuts : chopped
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

    Roughly chop the 4x Mangoes and put into a large mixing bowl and blend using bar mixer (or in a blender) until smooth

    Add the Coconut Cream, Chopped Macadamia Nuts, and Desiccated Coconut and stir together until well combined.

    Scoop the mixture into iceblock holders and feeze overnight! Once Frozen Enjoy.

    ** Please note ** - The size of the Mangoes will depend on how much mixture is made. It is better to use overripe than underripe Mangoes. - If the Mangoes are smaller use a little less coconut cream as too much coconut cream can ruin this recipe and give it a less-sweet flavour. - And Finally, if you have left over mixture (or simply don't have iceblock containers) then you can either poor the mixture into a small plastic take-away container (like what you receive Chinese in) or into a large ice-cup tray (which will divide the portions nicely) and buy some paddlepop sticks and break them in half and stick them into the mixture for each Weise Bar.
