- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 slices bread, crumbled
- 1/2 c. milk
- pepper, salt and parsley to taste
- 2 pkg. manicotti shells
- spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Boil manicotti shells until tender.

2Brown and drain ground beef and sausage.

3Mix together with 1/2 pound cheese, egg, bread, milk and spices.

4Cover bottom of a baking dish with spaghetti sauce.

5Stuff shells with mixture and place in dish.

6Cover with spaghetti sauce and remaining cheese.

7Bake at 375° until bubbles.
