- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg. Kraft Mozzarella cheese, chopped fine
- 12 Ronzoni manicotti shells
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine Ricotta cheese, half of Mozzarella cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and pepper.

2Mix well.

3Fill the uncooked Manicotti shells, using paring knife to fill.

4Pour half of sauce (below) in bottom of dish.

5Put in shells in single layer.

6Cover with other half of sauce.
-
7Cover with foil and place in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

8Remove foil.
-
9Sprinkle with remaining half

10of Mozzarella cheese.

11Bake for 10 minutes.
