- 3 c. (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) Ricotta or cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 box manicotti shells
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except marinara sauce and manicotti shells.

2Pour 1/2 jar marinara sauce in pan.

3Place stuffed shells on top of sauce in pan.

4Pour rest of marinara sauce on top. Rinse jar with 1/2 cup of water and pour over manicotti.

5Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°.

6Remove cover; sprinkle with a little Mozzarella and cook until cheese is melted.
