  • 3 c. (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) Ricotta or cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 box manicotti shells

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except marinara sauce and manicotti shells.

    Pour 1/2 jar marinara sauce in pan.

    Place stuffed shells on top of sauce in pan.

    Pour rest of marinara sauce on top. Rinse jar with 1/2 cup of water and pour over manicotti.

    Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°.

    Remove cover; sprinkle with a little Mozzarella and cook until cheese is melted.
