- 1 lb. hamburg
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- approximately 18 manicotti shells
- 1 qt. Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain manicotti shells.

2Brown meat and garlic (drain off fat).

3Blend cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese, also salt and mayonnaise, in a large bowl.

4Fill each shell with filling. Place in single layer in baking dish.

5Sprinkle remaining filling (if any) between shells.

6Cover with Ragu sauce.

7Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

8Cover with foil.
-
9Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
