- 8 oz. pkg. manicotti
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 (12 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
- 2 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook manicotti according to package directions.

2Mix next 10 ingredients together.

3Stuff into cooked manicotti.

4Place into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan into which 1/2 of the sauce has been poured.

5Pour remaining sauce over the manicotti.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

7Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
