Ingredients
- 8 manicotti shells
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (15 oz.) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions

1Cook manicotti as directed on package.

2Rinse with cold water and drain.

3Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, onion, salt and Parmesan cheese.

4Fill manicotti shells with cheese mixture. Place in lightly oiled dish.

5Cover with marinara sauce.

6Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Cook spinach as directed on box and spoon on top of manicotti.
