- 8 apples, peeled, cut in big chunks
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions

1Stir all ingredients in a saucepan.

2Cook at medium heat for about 30 to 45 minutes until apples are tender and break easily.

3Puree in a blender.

4Put in sterelized jars or freeze. (I put it in the fridge and it was ok. And it makes a great gift).
