Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup (pure, not lite or imitation)
  • 2 c. milk
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into small custard cups.

    Set them in a pan of hot water and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the blade of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
