- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. coffee cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup and cream in a deep saucepan.

2Stir carefully over low temperature until sugar is dissolved and syrup starts to boil.

3Add butter; boil to soft ball stage.

4Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

5Cool until warm to touch.

6Add vanilla and salt; beat until creamy.

7Turn into buttered 8 or 9-inch square pan.

8Cut into squares.
