- 4 slices ham (3 oz. each)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Place ham slices on broiler pan.

3Combine syrup and mustard in small bowl.

4Brush each slice with about 1 1/2 tsp. of syrup mixture.

5Broil 4 inches below heat about 4 minutes or until ham starts to brown.

6Turn and brush with remaining syrup mixture.

7Broil until browned.
