  • 3 lb. pork spareribs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcesterschire sauce
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, roasted

Directions

    Place the ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a greased 13x9x2 baking pan.

    Cover pan tightly with foil.

    Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, combine the next nine ingredients in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat.

    Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Drain ribs; remove rack and return ribs to pan.
