- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond)
Directions

1Sieve the coconut flour, quinoa flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large mixing bowl.

2In a separate bowl whisk together the coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup and milk.

3Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until it clumps to form a moist batter.

4Fold in the almonds.

5Place large tbsps of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. It should make around 16. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
