- 1 c. maple syrup (Log Cabin)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin (1 envelope)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a small saucepan, bring syrup to boil.

2Dissolve gelatin in water.

3Add to syrup; mix well.

4Beat egg yolks well and add to syrup.

5Set aside to cool.

6Stir occasionally and when it starts to set, fold in the cream that has been whipped.
