- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. maple syrup (Log Cabin)
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water.

3Add to scalded milk, then add syrup and mix well.

4Place in refrigerator to cool.

5When cooled so that it is thick enough to roll from a spoon, add whip cream and pecans.

6In the meantime crush vanilla wafers.

7Place half the crumbs in an oblong dish.

8Put the pudding over this.

9Add the rest of crumbs over the pudding.

10Refrigerate until firm set, better if left overnight.
