- 12 cup shortening
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup flour
- 14 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Spray 9x13-inch pan.

3Cream sugar and shortening at medium speed of mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
