- 1/2 ounce maple syrup, such as J.P. Trodden barrel-aged maple syrup
- 1 ounce S. Pellegrino sparkling water
- 3 drops orange bitters
- 1 large orange twist*
Directions

1Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add bourbon, maple syrup, sparkling water, and bitters, and stir to blend. Garnish with orange twist.
