- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. maple or maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Sprinkle pecans evenly in pastry shell.

2Pour syrup mixture over pecans.

3Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until set. Yields 1 (9-inch) pie.
