  • 23 cup maple syrup
  • 14 cup butter
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pie crust

    Bake the pecans 350 degrees, 8-12 minutes, until toasty.

    Heat the sugar, syrup and butter to boiling, stirring constantly.
