Maple Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. maple or maple flavored syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Sprinkle pecans evenly on bottom of pie shell.

    Pour egg mixture over pecans. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 375° and bake for 35 minutes or until set.
