  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 3/4 c. maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. pecans

Directions

    Beat together in pan: milk, syrup and eggs.

    Boil on medium for 5 minutes.

    Pour in baked pie crust.

    Chill.

    Cover with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

    (Toast coconut in oven with small amount of margarine.)
