- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 tsp salt free garlic pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced shallots
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions

1Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot.

2Sprinkle chicken with garlic -pepper seasoning.

3Add chicken and shallots to skillet.

4Cover and cook 8 minutes, turning once.

5Combine syrup and vinegar in a small bowl; add to skillet.

6Cover and cook 2 minutes .

7Remove cover, increase heat to medium-high.

8Cook 2-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

9Stir sauce and turn chicken once.

10Serve Chicken with sauce.
