- 6 medium sized potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Peel potatoes.

2Boil uncovered in 2 cups water until but 1 cup of fluid remains.

3Remove the vegetables.

4Stir the liquid until it reaches the boiling point again.

5Slowly add white sugar, then add brown sugar.

6Once sugar is entirely dissolved, take pan off heat to cool slowly.

7Pour in bottle and store several days in dark place before using.
