- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. maple flavor
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine sugars, corn syrup and water.

2Stir until dissolved and bring to a boil.

3Cover and boil gently for 10 minutes.

4Do not stir!

5Remove from heat, cool slightly.

6Add vanilla and maple flavor.

7Stir only until mixed.

8Makes 1 quart.
