- 4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Maple Flavoring
- 1 teaspoon Butter Flavoring (optional)
Directions

1Stir sugars and 2 cups water till dissolved in a pan. Put on medium heat till it boils. The reduce heat to medium-low, cover, boiling gently for 10 minutes. Next add the vanilla, maple, and butter flavoring. Syrup will be thin but it soaks into your favorite pancakes, French toast, or waffles. YUM!

2Place leftovers in a covered container in the fridge. Reheat on the stove with a little water (sugar crystals will form).

3I have also substituted Splenda for the granulated sugar.
