- 13 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 12 cup milk
Directions

1Melt butter in a medium sized sauce pan and add cornstarch then syrup.

2Once heated add your milk and stir until thick.

3Let cool a few minutes (do not let it set) and place into baked tart shells.
