Maple-Walnut Tapioca Pudding

- 1 egg
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg, milk and syrup in large saucepan with wire whisk until well blended.

2Add tapioca and sugar; mix well.

3Let stand 5 min.

4Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in walnuts and vanilla.

7Cool 20 min.

8(Pudding thickens as it cools.)

9Serve warm or chilled.
