Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1-1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Directions

1Heat over to 350F.

2Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter.

3Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

4Bake 10 minutes.

5Increase temperature to 450F.

6Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

7Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

8Blend chocolate into 1 cup of the batter.

9Spoon plain and chocolate batters alternately over the crust and run knife through batters several time to marble.

10Bake 10 minutes.

11Reduce over to 250F and continue baking for 30 minutes.

12Turn oven off and let cake cool inside oven for 2 hours.

13Loosen cake for rim of pan.

14Refrigerate.
