   Mix cream cheese and sugar.

   Add egg; mix well.

   Combine oleo, water and chocolate in a saucepan.

   Bring to a boil.

   Remove from heat.

   Add flour and sugar; mix well.

   Add eggs, sour cream and soda.

   Mix well.

   Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spoon cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter.

    Cut through batter to marbleize.

    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 375° for 25 to 31 minutes.
