- 6 eggs, uncooked
- 3 tablespoons green food coloring
Directions

1Place eggs in a saucepan.

2Cover with cold water.

3Bring to a rapid boil.

4Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.

5Drain water.

6Let eggs cool for about 30 minutes.

7Don't peel the eggs but gently roll the eggs on the counter until they are cracked all over.

8Place eggs back into the saucepan.

9Cover with water and green food colouring.

10Stir gently.

11Bring water to a boil.

12Simmer gently for 30 minutes.

13Let eggs cool in the coloured water for 2-3 hours.

14Refrigerate for 2 hours.
