  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 large (26 oz.) bottle Vernors
  • 1 (20 oz.) bottle ketchup

Directions

    Mix beef, soup, eggs and oatmeal.

    Roll into small balls.

    Put in roast pan.

    Mix Vernors and ketchup.

    Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300° for 3 hours.

    Cover first 2 hours, then uncover last hour to thicken.

    Stir occasionally.
