- 1 Egg
- 60 grams Sugar
- 55 grams Milk
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 3 grams Baking powder
- 4 grams Matcha
- 35 grams Vegetable oil
- 30 grams Butter
Directions

1Combine the butter and sugar in a bowl and mix until they turn white.

2(If they are too dry to mix, add the vegetable oil little by little.)

3Add the egg and vegetable oil and mix.

4Sift the ingredients.

5Add milk and dry ingredients alternately in 2 batches to Step 2, and mix.

6The plain muffin batter is done.

7Pour half of the batter from Step 3 into a different bowl, add the matcha and mix well.

8Pour the plain batter evenly into the molds.

9Pour the matcha batter on top.

10Make a marble pattern with a bamboo skewer or spoon.

11Bake for about 25 minutes at 170C.
