- 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts

Directions

1Boil sugar and water until syrup will spin a long thread when dropped from the tines of a fork.

2Remove from fire.

3Add marshmallows, cut in pieces.

4Do not stir.

5Pour into stiffly beaten egg whites; beat until stiff.

6Add coconut, nuts and vanilla.

7Pile on crackers and bake in slow oven (325° to 350°) until delicately browned.
