- 34 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 14 cup sugar
- 13 cup butter, melted
- 2 lbs cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 ounce white Creme de Cacao
- 14 cup key lime juice

2Preheat an oven to 325 degrees.

3Blend all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

4Press into the bottom of a 10x3 in spring form pan.

5Place the crust in the oven and bake until the edges are brown, about 10 minutes.

6Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

8Soften the cream cheese.

9Place all of the ingredients in a mixer w/ a wire whip attachment.

10Whip on medium speed until the batter is smooth and there are no cream cheese lumps.

11Pour this mixture into the spring form pan.

12Place the cake in the oven and cook for 20 minute reduce the temp to 250.

13Cook for 30 min or until the center is firm to the touch.

14Turn the oven off and allow the cake to cool in the oven with the door closed for 20 minutes.
