- 9 12 ounces Italian plum tomatoes
- 58 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ounces tomato paste
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 13 teaspoon white wine
Directions

1Puree tomatoes and paste in a food processor.

2Saute garlic in hot oil.

3Do not brown.

4Add tomatoes,oregano,salt,pepper, and wine.

5Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 30 minutes.

6Remove from heat,stir in parsley.
