- 2 celery stalks finely chopped
- 2 carrots peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 dried bay leaves
Directions

1heat oil over medium high heat

2add and saute onions and garlic 10 min

3add celery carrots and salt and pepper saute until soft (10 minutes)

4add tomatoes and bay leaves simmer uncovered on low for 1 hour

5remove bay leaves
