- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 12 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 lb. asparagus
Directions

1Briefly steam and cool the asparagus.

2Mix together olive oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Cut stems from the mushrooms and slice.

3Peel, seed and slice the cucumbers.

4Peel and quarter the tomatoes.

5Place all the vegetables in the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

6Drain the oil and arrange on chilled platter.
