- 1 (1 lb) can lima beans
- 1 (1 lb) can wax bean
- 1 (1 lb) can cut green beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 34 cup salad oil
Directions

1Drain canned vegetables; combine with the green pepper and onion and set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables, mixing well.

3Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight or 24 hours, stirring occasionally.

4Just before serving, drain well and serve in lettuce lined bowls.
