Ingredients

  • 1 can whole green beans
  • 1 can light or white beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1 medium onion, broken into rings

Directions

    Drain about half of bean juice off and add all ingredients and mix well.

    Tomatoes should not be added until about 1/2 hour before serving, but rest should be chilled overnight.
