  • 1/3 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb. top round steak, London broil or flank steak

Directions

    Combine vinegar, ketchup, oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder; blend well.

    Pour marinade over meat and refrigerate several hours or overnight; turn often.

    Allow meat to stand in marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature.

    Grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
